Andrew Found work hard to earn and keep your trust and we care about your privacy, so we adhere to the following principles to protect your privacy:
Information about your Contacts
Andrew Found and our family of companies request different types of Personal Information from you, depending on the Services you use and your relationship with us. We may collect the following categories of information, depending on the Services that you use:

- Information from Third-Party Sources. We obtain Personal Information about you from your company, organization, broker, parent, or guardian; or from your host if you are a visitor or guest to one of our spaces. We also may receive information about you from publicly and commercially available sources and other third parties as permitted by law. We combine this information with Personal Information or other information that we receive from or about you, where necessary to provide the Services you requested.
Cookies and Log Files

We may allow other companies (although not presently), called ad networks, to serve advertisements to Andrew Found users. Recruitment service include third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms. Andrew Found may target some job ads to users that fit a certain general profile – for example, “web designers looking for accountants.” These job ads may also be promoted within emails sent to each user. Unless you clear your cookies we may use this data with our advertising customers – which would enable us to provide more relevant data, based on interests, aggregate data to of activity, understand visitor engagement on the site, defend against fraud or other malicious activity, and improve our service.
To deliver these job ads properly, Andrew Found may include a file, called a web beacon, from these ad networks within pages served by Andrew Found so the networks may provide anonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for advertisers as well as to target ads to you while you visit other websites.
Because your web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site.
These general targets may also be used by ad networks to display targeted ads on other websites as a substitute for random, irrelevant ads. You will never see additional ads as a result of being an Andrew Found user and Andrew Found never provides personally identifiable information to any advertiser nor any third party.
The personally identifiable information you choose to provide through email or from social media is used to help you describe yourself and your company to others.
